My culinary journey has taken me across borders and back to my roots in Indian regional heritage cuisine. It's been an incredible ride, starting from my victory as Iron Chef Thailand in 2018 to joining Rang Mahal in October 2022 after a rewarding career with renowned hotel chains.
My passion lies in coastal dishes that reflect the rich culinary traditions of my homeland. Since I joined Rang Mahal, I've been thrilled to introduce innovative creations that have captured the hearts and palates of Bangkok's vibrant dining community. My approach blends traditional techniques with modern twists, aiming not just to satisfy but to tell stories of cultural authenticity and culinary innovation through every dish.
