I'm Bartoli Andrea, an Italian chef originally from the beautiful region of Tuscany, Italy. With 16 years in the food industry, my culinary journey began in London and then took me to Thailand, where my passion for Italian cuisine deepened and flourished.
My cooking is a homage to la cucina della nonna—my grandmother's cooking style. I take pride in using traditional recipes to uphold the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine, always ensuring that each dish is not only delicious but also beautifully presented.
Joining The Five Chefs as their Italian chef was a thrilling opportunity for me. I love challenges, and this role allows me to share my love, experience, and knowledge of Italian food with a wider audience here in Thailand.
